At FUR VOW, we create customizable pet accessories designed to celebrate your pet’s unique personality. We want every order to be perfect, and we are here to help if something goes wrong.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Personalized & Custom Products

Because FUR VOW products can be customized with customer-selected letters, charms, and combinations, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item arrives damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • We sent the wrong item.

Please carefully review your customization choices before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
